Raw Material

Raw Material storage and processing for production

2

Gun Drilling

Gun Drilling step is a manufacturing step critical to producing cannulated shafts. It is used to create deep, straight holes in a shaft, with a high level of accuracy and precision.

3

Swiss Turn

Rigorous quality control for precision before final assembly.

4

Turning

Turn-milling combines turning and milling operations within a single machine allowing for both rotational and linear cutting movements. This department delivers complex and precise components with a high degree of efficiency.

5

Milling

The milling process plays a crucial role in producing components with intricate features and tight tolerances by creating precise shapes, slots, and holes in the workpiece.

6

EDM

The EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) department counts both wire-EDM and sinker-EDM and is a testament to our devotion to precision. Indeed, the EDM process enables the manufacturing intricate and precise features by delivering electrical sparks between an electrode (usually a thin wire or a shaped tool) and the workpiece to erode material.

7

In process Cleaning

The In Process Cleaning Line is vital for maintaining component cleanliness during manufacturing. It removes contaminants and debris from parts between production stages, ensuring high quality and precision for medical devices. This department employs specialized cleaning methods tailored to each component's needs.

8

Heat Treatment

This department enhances the hardness and strength of components by baking parts in controlled Heat Treatment ovens.

9

Surface Finishing

The Surface Finishing department focuses on enhancing the surface characteristics of manufactured components. This department employs various techniques to modify the surface properties of materials from tumbling to sand-blasting or even hand-polishing to achieve required surface finish.

10

Electropolishing Passivation

The Passivation & Cleaning department specializes in two crucial processes for ensuring the cleanliness and corrosion resistance of medical devices for enhanced durability and biocompatibility.

11

Assembly

This is where your devices come to life! In the Assembly Department, meticulous care and precision are essential to ensure that the components are correctly assembled to meet design specifications and quality standards.

12

Welding

The Welding department specializes in joining metal pieces to form complex structures or components. Our department offers 3 techniques based on requirements: laser-welding, TIG welding and Micro-welding.

13

Laser Marking

The Laser Marking department is where information crucial to the device’s traceability is engraved such as logo, part-number, serial number, UDI, data matrix and other identifiers.

14

Final Inspection

The Final Inspection & Quality Control department acts as the gatekeeper, ensuring that only devices meeting the highest quality and safety standards leave our site. This stage is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of medical devices before they reach our customers and patients.

15

Cleaning & Packaging

This Department is where Medical Devices are meticulously cleaned in a controlled environment (ISO 7 clean-room) and carefully packaged prior to being shipped.

16

Shipping

This department is the final stage where finished products are properly packaged, labeled, and shipped to their intended destinations.
