Raw Material
The EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) department counts both wire-EDM and sinker-EDM and is a testament to our devotion to precision. Indeed, the EDM process enables the manufacturing intricate and precise features by delivering electrical sparks between an electrode (usually a thin wire or a shaped tool) and the workpiece to erode material.
The In Process Cleaning Line is vital for maintaining component cleanliness during manufacturing. It removes contaminants and debris from parts between production stages, ensuring high quality and precision for medical devices. This department employs specialized cleaning methods tailored to each component's needs.
The Surface Finishing department focuses on enhancing the surface characteristics of manufactured components. This department employs various techniques to modify the surface properties of materials from tumbling to sand-blasting or even hand-polishing to achieve required surface finish.
The Final Inspection & Quality Control department acts as the gatekeeper, ensuring that only devices meeting the highest quality and safety standards leave our site. This stage is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of medical devices before they reach our customers and patients.
